Student Reviews
Twice a year your son will be interviewed individually by his Tutor. These reviews take place during two designated days in the school year. The normal teaching timetable will be suspended and individual appointments will be made for students to meet their tutors.
Parents are invited to attend these reviews if they wish. It is particularly helpful for parents of younger students to be present.
The aims of reviewing are:
- to enable student and Tutor to have uninterrupted time to discuss academic and pastoral matters.
- to enable the Tutor to have an overview of the student’s academic progress. To negotiate and set targets for improvement and agree on strategies how to achieve these targets.
