Geography Department
Geography is a popular KS3 core and KS4 option subject. It aims to develop students knowledge about the world around them and to enable them to use the ideas and concepts within Geography. The ideas and concepts include looking for order and patterns in the landscape and classifying and interpreting a wide variety of everyday experiences.
Students are also encouraged to look at their own thoughts on the world and to identify ways in which they can play a part in its future development, bringing major regional and world problems into focus in a relevant way.
